The gvb transportation pass was supposed to include bus and streetcar trains and also the transfer to the airport as per the description but instead with the trains it did not work and to go to the airport I had to get other tickets. Basically it only worked to use the streetcar in the city center.

We are tourist's from India and before reaching we saw You Tube videos on how to get the passes and one such was so informative we got to know about T-casual & others too. But on getting off at Terminal C of Terminal2( Easyjet) there were no indication of ticketing machines and the metro starts at Terminal A( Rayan Air) which is quite a distance. We were forced to take Aerobus to Universitat and later we got passes from the machines placed in that station. But,we enjoyed uninterrupted travel..Good job
I have used a pass similar to this before and it is great for getting around the city and the transport network seems to work really well. What wasn't easy was using the pass to get through the gates, (I think a paper pass works better). The pass did not work at all when I tried using it for the mainline train, (return trip to/from airport), and I had to persuade the staff at the station to let me through.
The sights were a short walk from the stations. Everything was very clearly laid out. I can only recommend it.

Perfect just add a download picture because i didn't have internet someplaces but Great Experiance will rebuy when visiting again for sure
There was so much hassle using the code from my Apple wallet and the code from the Headout app. It took many scanning before it worked. Fortunately, the drivers were very patient & understanding. There were times when I just gave up scanning the code and just showed it to the drivers. I don't would use this again. I'm sure there are other options available.
Not related to headout but GVB must really consider switching to a real NFC pass for it's network. Having a qr code with unrelated destination on it is really disturbing. Altrought that, I have no malfunction to signal
After some initial difficulties, everything went smoothly with the ticket. The ticket that was sent to us for our wallet did not work at the barriers. The staff at the GVB store at Centraal Station were not particularly helpful and had no idea how to solve the problem. It was only when we wrote to the Headup support team that we were sent the working tickets via a link.

I bought 3 tickets for the GVB but all tickets were on one cellphone and I could not send tickets to my other two family members. Was a rush getting in and out of tramps with 3 tickets on my phone to be scanned.
Despite using the app for scanning the tickets when using the metro with an andrioid phone, we were still charged on our card. Because of this, we are now in the process of having to go through the refund process with GVB which is a huge inconvenience. It worked well on the iPhone with no extra charges, however if it's not possible to do with the android phone due to the potential double charge, then this should clearly be stated upon purchasing the ticket and we would have chosen to purchase the ticket through GVB directly.
At the begining, I didnt know how to use the ticket because you don't add the ticket to your application, but after many tries I knew that I have to use the ticket via Apple Walle, and my question if I don't have iPhone, how can I use the ticket !!
It was not possible to scan our e-ticket via the Headout app when entering an GVB transport like tram. There was no QR Code in the headout App. The PDF ticket I got per eMail worked 80%. The QR codes in the email ticket were supported but caused problems a few times. At the GVB Infopoint near Amsterdam Central Station the staff couldn't help with the app. It was not possible to import the tickets to the getyourguide / GVB / GOOGLE wallet or headout app correctly. The tickets were Valid so the GVB personal recommended if we had problems scanning the tickets at entering the tram to complain to the tram personal. But we shouldn't use the metro because when there is a problem we couldn't explain to GVB staff directly. So it was an adventure we didn't book. The ticket was Valid but didn't work as expected because it wasn't possible to import it the headout app correctly as recommended in the email.
Friendly staff. Punctual and clean!

It was good but better one card in one city. Improve more , Cheers
Most of the tickets readers were not able to scan the barcode. Mostly Metro and bus. Tram is all right
So easy to use to go wherever we wanted
Hassle free easy way to quickly get a feel of the city.
Very easy to use and the stations were clean.
Good price and easy to download
Bcoz the 1day pass can be use for 24hrs, and not just for the whole day
It was very easy to purchase and easy to use.
Easier to use and necessary to visit the city when your hôtel is far from the city center
Attention, it's a scam!!! It doesn't work, it's a scam!!!

it is a real easy train travelling planning and booking especially for those without seat reservations, the rail planner apps is also easy to use Suggesting the seat reservations fee and the system to be much more improved as I booked for some trip but said FULL so I have to FIND which are not full, eventually it happen thay when in the station, the TRAIN MANAGER, can always find EMPTY SEATS for those who want to change to earlier time The seat reservation fee is too expensive as in many cases I can see if I DARE TO TAKE last minutes booking, the ticket to pay is MUCH CHEAPER than the total I pay using global pass plus seat reservation, this is not fair somehow
Just the fact that I could get on and off at a whim. That I could just head into another country with the click of scheduling on my phone.
it was great. I love the train. I thought I had a problem with not being able to use them, but I did and I'm gonna try to finish them up because I live in the United States and I don't know when I will be getting back here again, but yes, all in all very good. I freaked out because I couldn't use them in. There were so much money buteverything worked out
The app was difficult to use. Even people trying to help be that we're younger and more tech savvy said it was not a very user friendly app.
I am 70 years old and had used physical pass before. I like the paper pass. This time I had many problems in reserving seats!
There was good information at the Gare du Nord about the departure time and the respective platform of the train to Paris. There was also information in the carriages to Paris. The carriages were very comfortable and the train departed at the right time.

The overall experience was excellent. However, booking the seats via eurorail pass is a tedeous process which can be made easy. Moreover, I did not receive the reference number for my 2 year old daughter and as the whole process is unmanned it was difficult to find help.
During the travel in france and Paris they demand additional reservation charges which brings us discomfort and this TGV reservation charges should be part of Euro rail pass
Besides I save some money and time booking the trains, it was annoying to be paying extra for reserved seats, I think this should be included in the total cost.
Great! Everything was perfect.
It was very comfortable to my husband and me

The ticket machine needed a paper copy as it tried the charge my phone wallet every time I presented it. Your app didn't allow the pdf to be printed as per the instructions.
It was very useful to have train tickets in advance as saved time and we needed them to dump our luggage at the station before exploring Amsterdam. My only criticism is that they were only supplied online and this made it difficult to share as you need a ticket each to get through the barriers. I managed to print but had to cut and stick together! Or you can use screenshots....
Once we found out how things worked it was great. The problem for us is, there's no physical person to speak with to help you out. Thankfully, the other travellers and locals were brilliant.
Easy ticket purchasing process however reading the signs / finding the correct express train was a little difficult. All in all a good experience however :)
Brilliant that you can book online and have the tickets on your phone. No quing for the ticket machine or wondering which ticket to buy. Just head straight to the platform and get the train to where you want to go.
Having our ticket in hand, it was a no brainer experience to take the train from the airport to the central train station
Quick and pintual service. Transportation in Amsterdam works very well.

Any problems with the ticketing were quickly resolved with the Information guys on the north side of the Centraal Station. Except they did not advise that the 'Night Watch' was serving time, jailed on a scaffold! We found that the larger and more famous museums were poorer bangs for bucks/time and a more wonderful experience could be found in the constellation. of smaller museums in between. Here was to be found the greatest value of the card. Especially if you rest your feet by taking a picnic on the free canal cruise.
Really easy to use and saved loads of money. So many great places included. We managed to maximize our time and experience the culture and history of a great city. This is Holland was a amazing experience. Would also recommend the Diamond Museum and MOCO Art Gallery and a Boat tour.
The card was easy to use, but the Royal Palace said they did not accept it. The Rijks had an environmental group lockout the day we tried to go and we found that we wanted to spend more time relaxing rather than rushing to another museum. We only used the card 3 times which did not break even on a 4 day pass.
Easier access to the museums and attractions I went. But would be good if the catalogue can be sorted in the operation hours of the attractions, so that it will be easier for planning.
I liked that so many attractions and transportation were included in the one card. Having the QR code in the app made it very convenient.
Efficiency, once you've got past the hassle of installing it on 4 different smartphones, which meant losing the trip to the main station.

Access to transport plus all the top attractions. App good, esp map function. Got caught out once though when got on a bus and card didn't work because that bus company wasn't part of the iAmsterdsam coverage
Use of the card was very convenient and covered a lot of attractions. The only negative was that you advertised that the card included the Van Gogh museum and it did not. The person at the desk said this changed a year and a half ago. You should update your website. Even though we paid for Van Gogh the card was a good savings.
We were 4 adults and stayed in Monnickendamm for two nights to explore Amsterdam. It was easy to travel by bus and credit card to the North Station. From there, use the card to the city center. We all had the app on our cell phones. So it was convenient. In two days we visited the Rjiksmuseum, the Rembrand House, a canal cruise and the Old and New Church. That was enough and everything was included in the card. I think we saved a bit on the high entrance fees and above all it was convenient!

Very easy to use tha app, Card offers a lot of activities around Amsterodam. Comfortable usage of public transport, it would be even better if it is not valid just in GVB.
Facilité d'utilisation et avoir un acces rapide aux services : tram, croisière sur le fleuve, parc foral, parc botanique, musée
Very great and well thought-out concept, also in connection with the app! The operation and navigation through the city was very easy and relaxed 😊

I had no idea how to use the app to book tickets for the Rijksmuseum and the Anne Frank tour we went on, and I had no idea we needed to book the Anne Frank House and the Van Gogh Museum so far in advance. (And how would we have done it without actiating our card???) The only thing we were able to use the app for was Moco, the museum of contemporary art .
Some visits with supplements despite the pass, 2 activities not really what we expected: not really a museum, more of a tourist trap and one that included an unscheduled exhibition which prevented us from enjoying the original visit...

Easy to book. Convenient pick up point. Driver very friendly and efficient way to get to Schiphol airport. Recommend.
The driver was very kind to us. He was the reason why my score is the highest. The journey was simply ok, nothing good or bad remarkable. HOWEVER, the experience with headout was not that good because of too reasons: - first, the price of the tickets was 6.50 € each (I bought 3 units because we were 3 people) but in my bank account the charged amount has been 21.00€ instead of the 19.50€ that I expected. I looked for any tax explanation but is not. - Second, I expected either a QR ticket or an online ticket (or similar) straight forward after buying instead of having just a booking confirmation (so I don't need to go anywhere to get them). Fortunately, the driver was very understanding.
The bus driver was very good even tho the tickets were on my phone and wouldn't scan.
VERY EASY TO BUY AND TO USE, WE HAD NO PROBLEM
Driver was very nice, online purchase saved the time

It's a really fascinating museum and definitely worth visiting. The collection is very large so you need to take enough time for this experience. However, some regulations are bizzar, i. e. we had to leave all our things in the locker, I only took some money with me, but when we were at the cafe it turned out that they don't accept cash so I had to walk and pick my handbag with all the cards only to be stopped at the escalator because of the bag. I found it an exaggeration and also very exhausting since we were hungry. You also need to wait in a queue to get a locker, you cannot just choose one that is free. You even need to wait in a queue if you just want to get your card out of your locker or leave the bag that you mistakenly took.
Big fan of Van Gogh, exhibition set out his biography with chronological display of his works in the context of his age and state of mental health. Also interesting to see the works of his contemporary artistic colleagues and how they influenced his own body of work.
Not too crowded, all the paintings and sculptures are clearly visible. Also enough places to rest and view the paintings from a distance.

Van Gogh was a very vibrant personality, and his biography is well known to many. The museum left a great impression. On the first floor, there are numerous self-portraits — Van Gogh invented the selfie! On the other floors, you can witness his development as an artist. As you walk through the halls, you can observe how he arrives at the style that makes his paintings so beloved.
