Any problems with the ticketing were quickly resolved with the Information guys on the north side of the Centraal Station. Except they did not advise that the 'Night Watch' was serving time, jailed on a scaffold! We found that the larger and more famous museums were poorer bangs for bucks/time and a more wonderful experience could be found in the constellation. of smaller museums in between. Here was to be found the greatest value of the card. Especially if you rest your feet by taking a picnic on the free canal cruise.
Really easy to use and saved loads of money. So many great places included. We managed to maximize our time and experience the culture and history of a great city. This is Holland was a amazing experience. Would also recommend the Diamond Museum and MOCO Art Gallery and a Boat tour.
The card was easy to use, but the Royal Palace said they did not accept it. The Rijks had an environmental group lockout the day we tried to go and we found that we wanted to spend more time relaxing rather than rushing to another museum. We only used the card 3 times which did not break even on a 4 day pass.
Easier access to the museums and attractions I went. But would be good if the catalogue can be sorted in the operation hours of the attractions, so that it will be easier for planning.
I liked that so many attractions and transportation were included in the one card. Having the QR code in the app made it very convenient.
Efficiency, once you've got past the hassle of installing it on 4 different smartphones, which meant losing the trip to the main station.

Access to transport plus all the top attractions. App good, esp map function. Got caught out once though when got on a bus and card didn't work because that bus company wasn't part of the iAmsterdsam coverage
Use of the card was very convenient and covered a lot of attractions. The only negative was that you advertised that the card included the Van Gogh museum and it did not. The person at the desk said this changed a year and a half ago. You should update your website. Even though we paid for Van Gogh the card was a good savings.
We were 4 adults and stayed in Monnickendamm for two nights to explore Amsterdam. It was easy to travel by bus and credit card to the North Station. From there, use the card to the city center. We all had the app on our cell phones. So it was convenient. In two days we visited the Rjiksmuseum, the Rembrand House, a canal cruise and the Old and New Church. That was enough and everything was included in the card. I think we saved a bit on the high entrance fees and above all it was convenient!

As only one card was needed and it was stored on the phone, it was very easy to use. Free travel on public transport and admission. There were also no problems with the discounted admissions.

Very easy to use tha app, Card offers a lot of activities around Amsterodam. Comfortable usage of public transport, it would be even better if it is not valid just in GVB.
Facilité d'utilisation et avoir un acces rapide aux services : tram, croisière sur le fleuve, parc foral, parc botanique, musée
Very great and well thought-out concept, also in connection with the app! The operation and navigation through the city was very easy and relaxed 😊

I had no idea how to use the app to book tickets for the Rijksmuseum and the Anne Frank tour we went on, and I had no idea we needed to book the Anne Frank House and the Van Gogh Museum so far in advance. (And how would we have done it without actiating our card???) The only thing we were able to use the app for was Moco, the museum of contemporary art .
Some visits with supplements despite the pass, 2 activities not really what we expected: not really a museum, more of a tourist trap and one that included an unscheduled exhibition which prevented us from enjoying the original visit...

I loved the fact that I had access to most of the museums I was interested in and the public transport.
Friendliness and effort by the service, e.g. in the Rijksmuseum and in the IAmsterdam Shop at Central Station.
