Beautiful experience, you could admire the city and while you were also getting explanations from the guide, plus the captain was really nice.
I don't think these boats are prepared for tours in the rain: all the windows fog up, and although they provide rubbers to eliminate the mist, it is not really a solution to see properly from the inside. Fortunately it stopped raining halfway through the tour and I was able to go out to the rear, from where the skipper's comments could not be heard. The cell phone audio system overlapped with the skipper's explanations in English and neither could be understood.

I purchased the 24 hours I Amsterdam City Card (Booking ID: 23625512). On iamsterdam.com, the 24 hours card is "discounted" for €59, but it seems that I paid the full price of €65. I inquired about a possible refund for the price difference on March 9 and followed up on March 24, but I never received a response.

What I liked most about my visit to the museum was the organization and how easy everything was. We bought the tickets through Headout and it was super convenient. When we arrived, we didn't have to wait in line and got in right away, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Once inside, the exhibition was fascinating, and everything was very well signposted and explained. Without a doubt, the ticketing system made our visit much easier and allowed us to enjoy it to the fullest from the very first moment...
Very good welcome, I even had to deal with a person who spoke French very well! Very good time!
Strong unconventional concept, no queue, professional greeting and accompaniment. If we had been more aware of the interactive photo concept beforehand, we would have made better use of it on site and, above all, prepared for it (outfit, bags...)

It was ok... there could have been more information in between. There was also no information about the long break at Gassan Diamonds.
Bus driver was not overly friendly. Bus stops were not clearly marked eg. Stop 5 where we got on. Audio commentary is good but while it's playing. You can't hear the driver separately telling you what stop he's up to. Couldn't find a timetable on the app & driver Couldn't tell me when the next bus would be coming or how frequently they came past the stop.
Commentary very informative but would have liked more stops and more frequent buses, as quite a long wait between pick ups.

Very short tour. The guide tells VERY little information. It doesn't tell curious things or facts that are really shocking. The stops are not marked. From the office I was sent to stop number 4 and there was no sign, no marker, nothing. Which made it complicated to understand since the map marked that it was on a two way street, so I didn't know which side to be on.
Our bus was 25 minutes late at stop. It was a long walk to attractions
